Challenges and Solutions

Liquor store owners usually have outdated technology from their Point of Sale (POS) systems to accounting and timekeeping. At the same time, store owners do not want to switch POS systems from what they know how to use. My tool solves this problem by extracting just the product inventory and product information that syncs and pushes data to the various other business channels.

Research for this project led me down the offline-first rabbit hole and is one of my top interests at the moment!

Results and Impact

Onboarding onto this tool allowed customer #1 to send fresh inventory data to delivery apps and create an e-commerce website generating $25,000/mo in additional new revenue.
